A heartwarming and hilarious comedy manga about a hot vampire who just wants to unwind and the family who runs the bathhouse where he crashes. Escape to a world of steam and relaxation…and get the blood flowing!
A full story in one volume!
Luka Edelmondt Finsternis is your picture-perfect vampire–he’s good looking, he’s regal… He’s also usually incredibly hungover and exhausted, and wants nothing more than a change of pace from his routine! When he takes a peek into the human world, he finds just the cure he’s looking for–a relaxing Japanese bathhouse that will surely cure him of his hangover and rejuvenate him from head to toe. To blow his fatigue out of the water, Luka pays a visit to Full Moon Baths where he meets the bathhouse’s eldest son, Sakura. But between the bathhouse being short staffed and taking care of his little brother, Sakura has enough to worry about without a bougie vampire being added to the mix!

A hungover centuries old vampire is searching the realm wide web when he comes across Full Moon Baths, a Japanese bathhouse, that ‘melts away exhaustion‘ and ‘loosens up creaky old bodies‘.
This is definitely BL (somewhat coded) because to acclimate his magic to the human realm he either needs to drink Sakura’s blood or have sex with him. It even had a LGBTQ tag on NetGalley, but nothing actually happens between the two main characters.
I found this extremely funny and cute. It’s just a silly goofy time.
It’s got great characters, the relationship between the mcs are sweet and endearing and it’s even got a bit of story to keep it interesting. It also has a summer festival chapter, a sports meet, and a photoshoot chapter.
They did a great job with the localization and the writing is wonderful in this one. It had a lot of really thoughtful touches that brought everything together. This just also matched my sense of humor really well.
Theming:

I love a good theme!
Although I do wish the chapter pages had more of the bathhouse/vampire theme, but I mean look at the detail on the title font…its so cute.
This is one that is most definitely going on my ‘want a physical copy list’ … I mean just look at the cover.
minor spoilers
Vampire uses his charm to bring in more customers. Sakura: “Hey, walking sexual harassment claim.”
“And what of you? How could you allow another creature (mosquitoes) to suck on your blood?”
