Ever since his parents passed away, Haebom has been living in Taesung’s house. And now, being a 12th grader, he enters the same class as Taesung, which makes the whole situation way more awkward. Living together 24/7, Taesung and Haebom’s relationship is bound to change.
So, I overall think this is a really well done BL webtoon. Haebom is the kind-hearted Uke whose parents passed away and now lives with the Seme, but due to the classic case of miscommunication they don’t get along until senior year of high school. Now I really liked this story in the beginning, because the first season focuses on clearing up this misunderstanding rather then the typical long build up. Then, right when you get to the juicy bits, BAM! a miscommunication ruins it. If you read a lot of BL webtoons you will know exactly what I mean lol.
Bamwoo created two characters that really meshed well together and has you rooting for them the entire time. I enjoyed the awkwardness in the beginning as they started to build up their relationship throughout their high school and college years. I thought this was going to be a strictly wholesome webtoon but fair warning: things get real spicy in later chapters.
Now, this was a perfectly good webtoon but for me it needed just a little something more. What that something more is I don’t know, but the storyline starts to go downhill after the constant smut scenes although those were technically still enjoyable just in a different way 😃.
If you are looking for a heartwarming and very predictable webtoon I would definitely recommend this one.
